Doesnt send me emails until a few days after I write them and hit send... Annoying because Ill then have to go on the computer to send the same email and then the app will send the email again after a few days. It wont even let me see what was sent, what emails are new until like 3-4 days after theyre send and mailed and in my inbox....

This app is absolutely awful! When I get notifications about new emails they do not show up in the app. This continues even after refreshing the app. Usually, my emails dont show up for hours or even until the next day. This app is a pain and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Gmail is much better and I am switching back to it immediately.

From the clean look, ease of execution, and the informative content, this is great.

Been using AOL since the 1990s. I use the app now and find it highly useful.

Ive had AOL for over 20 years and so Im used to it and love how easy the app is on my phone!

Im new to iOS so I expected some transitions but this???? I cant move my mail to the proper folders. I delete mail and it returns seconds later. Im someone who has to regularly filter mail or Ill have thousands of emails in my box... like I presently do. When it works, OMG, its amazing. But when it doesnt, like now? Sheesh. This needs to be fixed. Ive cleared cache, reset and re-installed. Need this to work.

After the new upgrade the email doesnt finish loading!

Since the update, the app does not work past the update account. No mail is showing! Fix this problem. I have restarted my iPad and it still doesnt work!

Todays update freezes on both my iPad and iPhone...

I updated with the latest version on April 13 and now I cannot do anything in the app

Since app update emails dont load. Thanks aol for worrying about my articles and videos but my EMAIL is my main concern for an EMAIL PROVIDER!!!

Still waiting! On iPad app getting message loading account. Can not access any emails.

Latest update is TRASH. I cant even read my mail now. So much for "squashed bugs."

Since the update I cannot delete mail. When I click on them to delete they just pop back up but if you try to open it states they are not available. Ugh, so annoying! Please fix!

Apparently Im having the same problem as numerous other customers. I cant open my mail after April 4th!!! I have also tried restarting my iPad and iPhone. Please fix this, I have some important emails that I cant even read!! The messages wont open!!!

Since the update my mail will not load.

App is basically unusable after the last update. Can not receive or send emails! I thought updates made apps better....

By being a first time user, I can only give it a fair rating, because all websites have different odds of win their app users. I look for something that the other websites search engine doesnt offer... With that said I hate boring websites that dont give me that "WoW"! Look at this. So, the jury is still out on this application as of now. I will give it another 2-3 months of seeing what does Wow me. And I will be more than happy to change my ratings. So, show me something. And please make your own judgement about this app.

The AOL app wont load at all since this latest update. Not happy . . . Please fix it ASAP!
