使い勝手はまあまあ良いですね。

昔からaolを使っているので、このアプリを ダウンロードしました。 メールチェックするには便利です。

英語の記事を雑誌感覚で読めるのが良いです

登録する時にメールアドレスを登録しなくても 会員登録できるようにしてください。

最低。書いたメールが送れなくてどこにも保存されてない！また1から書き直し。本当に腹が立つ…。

文字を入力すると、同じ文字がダブルで何度も繰り返して、表示されるエラーが起きてますが、大変です。 至急、直してください。

起動しなくなった！使えないアプリ

I have used AOL since I was a teenager, it’s terrible now. The last week or so I can’t send emails out and it glitches and makes multiples of the email in my drafts and then sits in my “outbox” forever. Super frustrating because I have so many things tied to this email I can’t really delete aol and get a different email carrier.

I have been on aol since it began back in the eighties. Always been good service and security. No complaints for 40 years. But, even though retired, I still have to use other interfaces (Outlook) to access office files. It’s a pain — my iPhone, iPad, DOS and Apple Computers all have aol, and another secure domain which use Outlook. I cannot keep them all synced up when using OneDrive and Outlook for the three separate accounts I use. I try but keep getting blocked on one or more more accounts. I’m familiar with how to get the third party password but something changes invariably and I lose sync. The only sure way to get mail is the aol mail on my iPhone!

I now have to go to aol to read mail, iPhone won’t access it. Boo

The worst news ! Your articles are laughable. All lies and extremely biased and misleading!

Doesn’t work on my iPad. Locks up. Won’t load mail. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn’t help. Both OS and app are updated. AOL needs to fix this.

First I’m missing my aol 2025 mail and these people sell the info to third party’s putting you at risk for your info on the dark Web then they want to Charge you to fix it! Might have to keep yahoo

I’ve been using the same email for 20 years and I’m not going anywhere! AOL has always been my go-to for e-mail needs and they’ve never let me down! You couldn’t PAY me to go to g-mail! I try not to use anything Google related and AOl has them beat by far with email anyway! Thank you for DECADES of free and unlimited e-mail, news, chat, weather and whatever else! You guys are awesome! 👏 ps please change the yellow app pic. I like the old blue one better !

AOL used to be my favorite app. I couldn’t wait to get to it. On my iPhone it has morphed into a great big stone around my neck. I receive many adds that I have difficulty getting rid of only to quickly get more. If anyone in the AIL management thinkings that I will happily go to those companies and used their products after having this terrible time with this software, well you must be nuts. This is like being brutally bashed with commercials

Reporting in Community forum does no good when all you do is “collect data”. Millions of requests to be able to open the ap directly to “inbox” instead of being forced to view news and ads should be enough data to warrant action. Are you really getting revenue from all the conspiracy and outrageous sales pitches?

I loved the email layout. It makes it easier to navigate. And the daily AOL breaking news info. I also had great success with their support team.

The latest version of this app freezes frequently. I sometimes have to start it several times to get it to work. What’s really frustrating is to write a long email, and then be unable to send it. The app doesn’t save the work in the Drafts folder either! The previous version of the app was fine. If it ain’t broke…

I would like to see less about celebrities. And more of all the good things Trump is doing to save our country.

This update to the yellow icon has ruined the app. Mail takes forever to load, if at all and is just a terrible program now. FIX PLEASE!

They have done it again ! Can’t leave well enough alone ! We had a very good clear format for many years / now we have crayons and pictures and initials all over the place / if I could give it less than one star I would Zero Stars / -5 STARS 🤬😡😠

I absolutely do not like the latest update that changed the icon to yellow. Please change it back. I’ve been using AOL since dial up, back when the disk used to come in the mail. Please change it back. The blue is iconic in association with AOL. It’s called brand recognition. The yellow is an eyesore. And yes, I remember when the disc was yellow and black with the little man on it. Blue is your color.

Having a lot of problems with e-mail, just signing in and when I messed with it for awhile I got in, AOL won’t help called different phone numbers the first thing they wanted was a CC for payment I have had since they were just dial up about 30 years now my question is how much does it cost for tech support they won’t tell you even on their web site

Why is the email font size so big? How do I change the default font size for every email I open instead of individually after I open it (using the big A little A) ?

Paying extra for the no ads and less spam does not work! I want my money back!

Spam, Ads, and liberal media constantly being showed.

When you delete an add you expect it to be deleted and stay deleted but nope have to try and delete the same add 10 times or more then it still keeps coming back come on when you do an update do it where there isn’t any issues not create more

It’s Been Great

Far too much spam, relatives use gmail, much better. Your ad policy is horrible, constantly repeating the same ads, very annoying, not consumer centric, not the advertisers fault, AOL’s fault, money grab. Pathetic. And no, I’m not paying for no ads, another nice move, annoy your customers so they pay more to not be annoyed. Moronic. And more recently, I delete an ad, it pops up again immediately, again, again and again. Gmail option is looking better and better. Good job…not.

AOL has been my first and only Internet provider since 1998. I used to enjoy the chat groups, but I haven’t done that for years. One thing I wish for is that we can completely block senders from a specific email address not just throw them in the spam folder. This would be really important since there’s so much fraud going on and tired of deleting repetitious emails. Maybe they can come up with some new backgrounds, etc. I don’t like the new bright yellow. Other than that, it’s been a pretty good service.

I loooove the bright YELLOW; It brightens my day! Would love to be able to choose my own home page so that I can block out home page news of crimes, death & disaster. I am original subscriber to AOL and I would love to see the AOL chat groups come back and to hear the chime, “You’ve Got Mail.” I would also like to be able to unsend mail. And lastly, perhaps AOL got rid of it because of privacy issues, but I would like to have the option to see whose online. Thank you AOL!!!

How do I switch back to the soothing blue AOL app? I do not like the yellow at all.

I love my AOL. i've been made fun of many times when anyone hears my aol. com. address. Ive been a customer since the 90s and feel blessed your still here and running strong. Id love to update but I just cant handle the yellow. i am in my mail often and that color would just be a negative bummer. Im going to hold out as long as I can! please change it back !!!!!!!! I love you guys no matter though. 💛 blessings !

I’ve had aol for over a decade and it’s always been reliable. However, the yellow icon is not it. I genuinely don’t like looking at it and am always confused at first.

Today is the 3rd time I’ve had to delete and reinstall the new app on my iPad. It will not load my emails; it just gets stuck in the loading spiral. After downloading the new app again, my updated emails load. The next time I open the app, the same problem occurs. I never had a problem with the old app. This is getting very frustrating! Please fix!!!

I do NOT need or want Highlights at the top my email and there is no way to turn it off. I know how I want MY email managed and this is an unnecessary downgrade that wastes my time. But I need to move off of free email, so this is the nudge I need.

I am a long time user of Aol. I believe I still have a CD around here somewhere lol. In the past years I have had Aol mail there has always been a plethora of phishing spams and scams arriving in my inbox, seems like every few minutes. I don’t blame Aol. I just wish I could be left alone to read my legitimate mail.

Ever since the app has been updated it is frequently freezing up. I have to turn off my I-pad and turn it back on to unfreeze the app.

AOL should supply technical support because they have increased their advertising on my email account. I should not have to pay for the support.
